This is Isamu Yamamoto’s second Powell Peralta deck featuring his original artwork. For this release, Isamu pushed himself to create something even more impactful than his previous signature model.
“I wanted to make sure it had an impact that wouldn’t lose to the previous work.”
Where the last design intertwined human figures and a skull, this graphic places the skull as the dominant focal point, creating a more horrific, bold, and striking visual presence. The artwork was developed instinctively—drawn through an organic process that allowed the final image to emerge naturally over time.
After refining multiple versions, Isamu landed on a design that motivates him every time he rides it, making this deck a true reflection of his mindset, creativity, and championship drive.
