Hailing from Denmark, Nicky joined Powell Peralta in 1989. He spent significant time on European tours, performing 40-60 demos annually with team members like Mike McGill, Steve Caballero, Tony Hawk, Lance Mountain, Ray Barbee, Frankie Hill, Ray Underhill, Bucky Lasek, Tommy Toiminen, and more. His graphic, inspired by a book on Polynesian art, was drawn by Sean Cliver.

Powell-Peralta re-issue decks are faithful reproductions of their 1980s originals, featuring the same top and bottom graphics, shape, and concave. These decks are made with U.S. hard rock maple and glue that meets our specifications, ensuring durability against delamination throughout their useful life. The shape and graphics are created in Santa Barbara, CA, and the decks are produced in collaboration with our partner in Mexico.
